Ricky Aiello (September 21, 1955 — July 26, 2021) was an American actor. He portrayed Raymond "Ray-Ray" D'Abaldo in a minor role of The Sopranos.
Born on September 21, 1955, to actor Danny Aiello (who had a part in The Godfather Part II), Rick Aiello pursued various careers in his youth. He worked as a nightclub bouncer, bartender and club manager, where he later pursued a career in acting. Aiello appeared alongside his father in the 1989 comedy-drama Do the Right Thing, and guest-starred in numerous productions over the years. In The Sopranos, he interpreted the Lupertazzi crime family soldier Raymond D'Abaldo, who shot Silvio Dante and left him in a coma in the series' penultimate episode "The Blue Comet". Though he mostly guest-starred in TV shows and the like, he also co-starred in the short-lived 1997 American crime drama series Dellaventura. Aiello retired his career in 2016.
Aiello died of pancreatic cancer at St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick, New York on July 26, 2021. He was 65 years old.
