My reading of this ... is that Maggie's lawyers are saying there is no settlement (as Riley's lawyers have been claiming is close for a few weeks). A large part of this filing accuses Riley's lawyers of abuse of process and my reading of their argument is this: McCusker intends to drop the lawsuit with prejudice but without a settlement.
