Jarvis attended the Littlehampton Community School and Chichester College. He holds the BTEC National Diploma in acting, and studied briefly at RADA. Jarvis is a keen football and basketball player. Jarvis dated his Harry Potter co-star Evanna Lynch, who plays Luna Lovegoodin the films, from at least April 2015 until late 2016.
