Robert Earl “Bob” Luckhard, 69, of Forest died on Sunday, September 1, 2019. He leaves behind his cherished wife Marilyn and loving son Michael. Brother to Debbie ( Quinten ) Seraficao and the late Linda (Roy) Geisel, son of the late Ralph A. and Dorothy M. (Frank) Luckhard. Bob worked 43 years designing systems fpr our nuclear submarines.

He then played for years as a Running Back in the NFL for the Kansas City Chiefs, winning Super Bowl IV, the Houston Oilers, the San Diego Chargers, and later for the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the CFL.

Born on July 4, 1951, in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Nevin Eugene Cline Sr. and Dorothy Viola Ford. Bob graduated from Walkersville High School in 1969, where he received the Unsung Hero Award for Athletics.

MRS. DOROTHY JEANNIE SIFFLES, age 58, of Back Berryton Road, Summerville, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015, evening, in a Rome hospital. She was born on December 17, 1956, in Trion, Georgia, a daughter of the late Robert “Monk” and Dorothy Faye Hill Mann.
Robert was born in Evart, Michigan on May 4, 1932, the son of Leonard and Harriett (Byers) Davis. He married Gloria Frost on September 20, 1952. She preceded him in death on February 13, 2016. Robert served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked for Buick Motor Division, Plant 36, for over 47 years and was also a farmer for many years.
