Second child of Hallie Biden and Beau Biden. He appeared alongside his sister and cousins at the 2020 Democratic National Convention where they recited the pledge of allegiance in a viral video.
Many of his TikToks have gone viral, and they have received more than 5 million likes in total. In April 2021, he had his confirmation at a church in Wilmington, Delaware.
His full name is Robert Hunter Biden II. His father Beau Biden passed away in 2015. He is the grandson of American president Joe Biden and he is a nephew to Hunter Biden. His older sister is Natalie Biden.

Robert Hunter Biden was born on February 4, 1970, in Wilmington, Delaware. Along with his mother and siblings, he was in the 1972 crash, sustaining injuries to his skull. Along with his older brother, he survived after receiving months of medical treatment.
