Since the opening of Robinson in 1971, the wrestling team has excelled. The team has won 29 district titles, 21 Regional titles and 9 state titles. Their State titles came in 1980, 1981, 1985, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2019, 2021 and 2022. The team was also state runner-up in 1974, 1975, 1984, 1987, 2010, 2012, 2017 and 2018.

Robinson was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the second round of the 2014 NFL draft. He played for the Jaguars for four seasons before signing with the Chicago Bears in 2018. Robinson has also played for the Los Angeles Rams and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Demarcus Dontavian Robinson (September 21, 1994) is an American football wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Florida. He was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft and won Super Bowl LIV with the team.

Demarcus Robinson, 28, most recently played for the Ravens, recording 48 receptions for 458 receiving yards and two touchdowns while playing in all 17 of Baltimore's regular season games, making five starts. He also had two receptions for 49 yards and one touchdown in their 24-17 wild card playoff loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
