Level 13 (the fourteenth level) is presented as a big, colorful building. It has multiple partying areas with many balloons and decorative items, such as tables, party hats and chairs. You will often find the text "Happy Birthday" written around the level in very cartoonish letters, each varying in color and size.

In Level 13, your objective is simple. In order to escape the level you must locate five star buttons in the playground and afterwards collect three Partypooper Plushies, which can spawn in certain areas of the level, head to the theatre and go inside the portal-looking exit.
You need to use the camera in order to see the entity. You can do so by holding right-click on computer or pressing the camera icon on mobile.
Partygoer's Teleportation
The entity will always teleport behind the closest player.
They are the items required to escape the level. They appear as blue plushies with a black hoodie and cap and a sad face drawn on them and can spawn in specific areas in the level.
Level 13 has only one entity, that entity being the Partygoer. The Partygoeris a player-sized yellow entity holding one of its hands up and having a balloon inside it. It has a face drawn with blood and there's blood stains on other sections of its body. It has no fingers, and instead has a hole with spikes inside its arms that replace fingers. It uses this to attack its prey, the players.
1st Note
The first note presents a player and a section of the playground area with an arrow pointing towards one of the star buttons. At the start of the arrow, the number "3" appears before an x, hinting towards the fact that there's three star buttons you need to press. However, you actually need to press five. The player mentioned earlier is also pressing a star button.
2nd Note
The second note shows two images. One of the images shows an empty room, and the other one shows the player pointing a camera towards the entity, hinting towards the fact that the entity cannot be seen without a camera. In the image where the player is holding out the camera, you can notice small arrows pointing towards the entity.
3rd Note
The third note illustrates a player with a thinking bubble above their head. Inside the bubble, there are three Partypooper Plushies, which hints towards the idea that you need three in order to escape the level. The player can also be seen holding their hand on their forehead, seemingly looking for the plushies.
Level Fun appears to be a party room with cakes, hats, and partygoers. But don't worry! We don't hurt you... we just want to play!
