1979 Topps is the only major release that featured cards (#331 and #390) devoted solely to Earl Campbell during his NFL career. These were the first sports cards of any kind I ever opened. My mom brought them home from her weekly grocery store run, and I remember being disappointed that they took the place of the usual cheap toys she brought me.
