You can change your preferred language in Chrome. Chrome can also translate pages for you.
When you come across a page written in a language you don't understand, you can use Chrome to translate the page.

3. On the right of the address bar, click Translate .
4. Click on your preferred language.
5. Chrome will translate your current webpage.

Editors can select from several machine translation systems to support an initial article translation, Google Translate now being one of these options.
