The bulletin went live very late this month, more than likely due to the fact that data had to be sifted through in order to set new priority dates according to visa numbers available for the new 2024 fiscal year.

The DV-2025 registration period opens on October 4, 2023, and closes on November 7, 2023 12:00 PM EST. DV-2025 Entrants should keep their confirmation number until at least September 30, 2025.
