Some have also complained about unexplained humps appearing in certain areas of the mattress, especially with Saatva’s innerspring mattress in their Plush Soft firmness level but not with their Luxury Firm.
Dealing with this company is a nightmare. They never shipped my order, they provided zero customer service and reported me as spam when I tried to get their attention on Instagram. In the meantime they sold my personal information and blew up my gmail account with spam. An absolutely shady company.
