Eligibility: Full-time pastoral staff after 1 year of service. Duration: Normally the period of sabbatical shall be one week after one year of service and an extended period (5 weeks) after 6 years of service and every 7 years thereafter. Variations will be considered by the elders on a case-by-case basis.
