5.13.6.5 Sabbaticals for Priests The archdiocese provides a limited number of priests the opportunity to take a sabbatical. All incardinated priests who have served in a full-time active archdiocesan assignment for seven continuous years are eligible to apply for a sabbatical.

St. Mary’s offer a Sabbatical program that is designed with the priest himself, tailored to his goals. Each Sabbatical experience is different because each priest pursues individual goals. Priests ordained ten years or more and who have been approved by their bishops or religious superiors are invited to apply.
