You will switch hands as the woman is turning from you. Make sure you have the timing down right and stay close to the woman's body. Fun other question is, I'm very sure a 30 minute completely brand new salsa follow won't have any clue about hand flicks. But I dance with a lot of beginners and most who get it in the first try love it. I say this is a moderate to advance move. Another thought, a lot of on1 linear based dancers and follows, don't really do much handflicks.
