I love Outlander, Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe. I'm admittedly a "Sam mainly" (not a Sam only) and I'm usually totally chilled about everything happening in this fandom.
I took photos, took photos again and then a few more photos but having @samheughan in his studio is still classy in Dallas. I also danced (despite my osteoarthritis), sang (to the great despair of my colleagues). I laughed, I went to the wrong parking lot a hundred times. I lost tickets. I lost my keys.
Sam Heughan at LandCon6 2024. It was a good panel. The questions needed pre-approval so there were no awkward questions. This was good because for once no one mentioned the old kilt story😬. Sam is much more used to these types of events now. I saw him at his first Con in 2015 and I remember how carefree he was.

Dec 8, 2017 · I know that many Outlander fans (including myself) were outraged when Sam Heughan didn’t receive a Golden Globe nomination for his brilliant performance as Jamie Fraser in the last two episodes of Outlander’s first season, which were set in Wentworth prison. His acting was nuanced, masterful, heart wrenching–and brilliant.
