Go to www.mychart.sansumclinic.org/MyChart/ and log in. This is what your home page should look like: navigate to “VISITS” on the top bar and click. You will then see the details of your Telehealth appointment here. THIRTY minutes before your visit, the BEGIN VIDEO VISIT button will appear.
