The cost is $15 per transcript. Free transcripts do not qualify for "on the spot" delivery. Students may come in person to Admissions and Records to order an official transcript. "On the Spot" transcripts must be requested by 2:30 p.m. for same day service.

Welcome to Parchment transcript ordering. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.
Transcripts. Students may obtain an official transcript of their permanent record by placing an order online at a secure site on the Admissions webpage or by filing an application for transcripts in person in the Admissions webpage.
SMC will only grant you course/degree credit based on official transcripts received directly from the issuing institution. Electronic Transcripts. Electronic transcripts must be sent directly by the institution through an accredited electronic service, such as Parchment, Credentials, or the National Student Clearinghouse.
Once students are readmitted, their OFFICIAL transcripts must be sent directly by the previous college(s) to Santa Monica College, ATTN: Admissions, 1900 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica, CA 90405-1628.
