Sarah Bloom Raskin (born April 15, 1961) is an American attorney and financial markets policymaker who served as the 13th United States Deputy Secretary of the Treasury from 2014 to 2017. Raskin previously served as a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors from 2010 to 2014.

Raskin received a bachelor’s degree in economics (magna cum laude) from Amherst College and earned a law degree from Harvard Law School. During her career, Raskin has served both the public and private sectors. Early in her career, she worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Joint Economic Committee of the Congress.
