Sarah Bloom Raskin (born April 15, 1961) is an American attorney and financial markets policymaker who served as the 13th United States Deputy Secretary of the Treasury from 2014 to 2017. Raskin previously served as a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors from 2010 to 2014.

Early in her career, she worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Joint Economic Committee of the Congress. She was later managing director at the Promontory Financial Group. She also served as the banking counsel for the US Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
