Clinical and laboratory features associated with scrub typhus were analyzed. Results. A total of 183 consecutive patients with undiagnosed fever were included in the study and 52 (28.4%) had positive IgM antibody against scrub typhus. Mean age of presentation was 9.7 + 3.9 years with age range of 4 months to 16 years.
