  6. Your photos collection will always increased. If you are not willing to subscribe to more storage, then do not use iCloud Photos. I’ve been using iPhone from iPhone 3G, and has never used iCloud Photos sync. Did not even subscribe for iCloud, not until Apple introduced HME for iCloud subscriber.
