So I get your point but breast implant technology has improved so much over the years that breasts looking natural doesn’t mean they are natural. Also breast implants done under the muscle also look close to natural. A lot of people with breast implants who stay within their original size, & breast pocket look natural esp with weight gain.

Okay makes sense. The implants look terrible with her bloating and weight gain though which is unfortunate.
