    • Play Music for a Relaxing Photo Shoot. Music is a big part of a teen’s life and can speak more to what their personality is than anything else. During the pre-consultation, ask the teen who their favorite artist is at the moment.
    • Include Many Outfit Changes for a Variety of Photos. Seniors give a lot of thought to their style with photo shoots. Ask the teen to bring at least three different outfit changes so that the final images will have more variety.

    • MUSICAL INSTRUMENT. Whether you’re into rock or classical, a piano is a must for any senior who wants to look hip on their yearbook page. And yes, some schools may not allow it, but if you want to be remembered as The Dude with a piano in his photos, it’s worth trying.
    • Pets. If you want to show off your four-legged best friend, bring him or her along. Animals are naturally photogenic, and will provide a lovely touch of whimsy to your session.
    • Accessories: Shoes, Hats, Bags & Belts. Accessories are a great way to show your personality in pictures. Even if you feel like a simple sundress with some sandals is all you need, try adding accessories like hats or scarves to change up your style!
