Shelley Covel Rowland (b. Oct 21, 1980) is an American fashion designer, and internet personality working as a creative director at the luxurious golf and activewear fashion line, SwingDish. She is famous as the adopted daughter of renowned country music artist, actor, and record producer, Toby Keith and designer Tricia Lucus.

- Shelley Covel Rowland, 43. Toby’s older daughter, Shelley, was born in 1980 to her mother and was adopted by the country singer after they wed. Though Shelley is the most private of Toby’s children, she did join her family for the SwingDish Launch Event in Las Vegas in 2015.
