   Is 'Silver Bullet' a good movie?

   • Gary Busey is Uncle Red. Stephen King 's "Silver Bullet" is either the worst movie ever made from a Stephen King story, or the funniest. It is either simply bad, or it is an inspired parody of his whole formula, in which quiet American towns are invaded by unspeakable horrors. It's a close call, but I think the movie is intentionally funny.

   Silver Bullet is a great horror movie by the master of scares Stephen King. I did read his novella "Cycle of the werewolf" which was OK, not my favorite book but had a very great idea. Silver Bullet took the idea and made it into a really terrifying story that was also a great update to the werewolf monster story.
