The girls spent much of January 2013 working on songs for an EP and an album. The first single was released in March with the album coming out later that month. Their self-titled EP was released on iTunes on January 29, 2013 via Triple C Enterprises.
With encouragement from family and friends to try out for the X Factor, the trio opted in when the auditions were being held in Austin. “We stood in line for 12 hours and we made it through all of these stages and we eventually made it to top 16,” they explain.
