   • Customer service people aren’t friendly or sympathetic just robots trained to say the same thing. Awful experience, awful customer service. I just got my order of birthstone… I just got my order of birthstone charms and they are FABULOUS! The colors are amazing and the size and price are PERFECT. I have to reiterate how much I love Slate and Tell.
