Also, depending on the model you receive, some Sleep Numbers don’t come with a cushioned mattress pad, making the bed feel extra firm.
Bed was delivered, pump broken and number on bed was at 50. Could not adjust, part delivered week later. Finally we could adjust the number, we both like in 80’s. Called customer service several times, never got return calls.
