   Is Jesus portrayed in 'son of God' a good movie?

   • The Jesus portrayed in "Son of God" is not the Jesus of the Bible. In the vein of the film being just downright boring, Diogo Morgado puts forth one of the worst depictions of Jesus I've ever seen. He's pretty passionless, as is the rest of the disciples and the attitudes of the crowds who follow him.

   Is 'son of God' a Jewish movie?

   • "Son of God" is ugly and inauthentic. Jesus was a Jew and he lived his entire life in a Jewish country. Jesus and his followers should have been played by Jews or people who look Jewish. The actors playing Jesus, Peter, John, Mary the mother of Jesus, are not Jewish and don't look Jewish.

   Is son of God a good story?

   • There isn't anything here that someone who knows the story won't recognize, Son of God plays it very safe. Diogo Morgado (and for all of those wonderful nagging atheists that troll IMDb he's not white...he's Portuguese) is our title character, Jesus. He does a decent job. Its not brilliant but it certainly serves a purpose.
