   Nov 27, 2017 · The Spal deluxe kit was and is by far the best engineered and best performing of all I have tried but it too failed to lift my windows at even a remotely acceptable rate. The hardware was acceptable and the kit provided everything necessary for a standard installation. The Spal was the only kit that did Not come with switches.
