Advisory Board Member. High School: ’82 St. Laurence. Playing experience: ’86 University of Illinois/St. Louis Cardinals. Has played a huge role in the growth of the Sparks organization since ’03. Son’s Mark Payton (Texas/NY Yankees) and Troy Payton (Maryville University) both came thru the program.
