To create a Spectrum Health MyChart account, follow these steps. If you have a MyChart activation code. Visit mychart.spectrumhealth.org or select “MyChart Login” from the Spectrum Health app. Click the “Sign up now” button. Enter your identifying information, click “Next” and follow the remaining instructions.
