   On lease is posted but some ignore. As many have noted, Spring Lake is located between Howarth Park (City of Santa Rosa) and Annadel (CA State park). The parks are connected by trails and can be explored by foot or bike rather easily. Bring water with you if you are heading to Annadel esp in summer.
