St. Paul's College Primary School. Home. Headmaster's Message. On behalf of all of our staff and students, I welcome you to the St. Paul’s College Primary School community. Proud of its humble beginnings and long history, SPCPS is committed to nurturing our boys’ mind, body and soul.
The college first opened in 1851 with only one tutor and nine pupils. Today, it has more than 1,200 pupils in the secondary section and nearly 600 pupils in the primary section. [1] St. Paul's comprises an all-boys primary school section (Primary 1–6) and secondary section (Forms 1–6).

St. Paul's College is a co-educational school in Hong Kong that started as an Anglo-Chinese school in 1841. It has a primary school that was relocated to Hill Road in 1993 and joined the Direct Subsidy Scheme in 2003.
1930. 1932. School badge design was adopted. 1940. 1945. School resumed operations, and St. Paul's Boys' College moved in. School accepted both boys and girls to become the first co-educational college in Hong Kong. The whole-day Primary School was established and Mr Maak Ying Kei was appointed as the Headteacher. 1950.
