Patient Portal. At St. Vincent’s, we’re committed to providing you with the best patient experience and highest quality medical care. On December 1, 2020, St. Vincent’s transitioned to a new patient portal, MyChart Plus. Now, with one log in you’ll access both hospital and doctor’s office records.

St. Vincent Family Services offers families a comprehensive, full-service range of youth behavioral health services, including telehealth, 24/7 residential care, individual and family counseling, and in-home and in-school care – all guided by our behavioral health professionals.
