MANCHESTER -- Stanley Sandler, 68, died Sept. 9, 2003, at a Boston hospital. He was born April 5, 1935, in Brooklyn, N.Y., the son of Philip and Anna Eva (Friedman) Sandler and had lived in Manchester since 1971. An electrical engineer and electrical contractor, Mr. Sandler had owned Norman E. Day Inc.
