He was born April 5, 1935, in Brooklyn, N.Y., the son of Philip and Anna Eva (Friedman) Sandler and had lived in Manchester since 1971.
At first Stan didn’t believe in Adam’s idea to earn his living as a comic and called his kid as “a laughter seller”. But he was very proud of his son, when heard about his success in Hollywood. Stan died in September, 2003 soon after Adam’s wedding to an actress Jackie Titone after a long battle with lung cancer.
