Jan 16, 2018 · North Carolina: Pinnacle Peak – Adventure Like A Girl. Yesterday I hiked Pinnacle Peak for the first time. I’m a bit ashamed to admit that I’ve been putting off this hike for a couple of years now due to believing it was too difficult for me to complete successfully.
The Pinnacle’s sun-drenched rock outcrops offer a great spot to soak in views of the nearby Blackrock Mountain and the Plott Balsams, the town of Sylva, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the neighboring Great Smoky Mountains on the northern horizon.
