Stella was Playmate of the Month for January 1960. Her pictorial was titled Dogpatch Playmate. Stella was born Estelle Eggleston on Oct. 1, 1938, in Yazoo City, MS. Her parents moved to Memphis, TN, when she was four. She married aspiring electrician Noble Stephens when she was only 15 and gave birth to son Andrew a year later.

In one scene, Stella is wearing pink satin corset, white panties, and garters while on other nothing at all. Stevens married Bob Kulick in 1983 and they still live together.
