Add flour and wine in batches. Add 1 cup of flour, mix just until combined and add ¼ cup of moscato, mix. Add the next cup of the flour, mix; then another ¼ cup of wine, mix. Add last cup of flour, mix and add final ¼ cup of wine, mix. Bake for 50minutes to 1 hour, or until skewer comes out clean.
