Sumaiya bint Laden Biography. Sumaiya was born in Khartoum, Sudan in 1992 to Siham Sabar and Osama bin Laden. Sumaiya’s mother was the fourth wife of Osama bin Laden and married him in 1987. She was an Arabic grammar teacher and kept her university job in Saudi Arabia, where she would commute during their time in Sudan.
