Tarsus (klassisk grekiska Ταρσός, Tarsos, hettitiska Tarsa) är en stad i Kilikien i södra Turkiet, belägen på ett bördigt slättland mellan Taurusbergen norr om staden och Medelhavskusten några mil söderut, vid floden Kydnos (nu Tarsus Çay).
