Terri L. Kopp Obituary. Terri Kopp, 49, formerly of Sugarcreek, died unexpectedly on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Ohio State Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. She was born on September 22, 1971 to Arlene (McRobie) Parson of New Philadelphia and the late Bruce Parson and married Donald A. Kopp on October 5, 1990. He died on November 16, 2006.
