Every year, TJCTC provides over 500 hours of live education reaching 2200 judges, constables, and court personnel. The Training Center offers additional supplemental education through 20 webinars and another 120 hours of training through workshops.
With that grant, JPCA created the Texas Justice Court Training Center (TJCTC) and opted to house TJCTC under Texas State University. JPCA continues to sponsor and direct TJCTC programs with the grant money provided by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. About TJCTC

Evictions Deskbook was created to help guide Texas Justices of the Peace and their court personnel through the evictions process. Topics include manufactured home and commercial evictions, security deposits, repair and remedy cases, and more. The guide is written simply, is easily navigated, and provides links to helpful forms and flowcharts.
Court coordinators of district and statutory county courts are required to complete 16 hours of continuing education each year, except as otherwise provided by statute or the Rules of Judicial Education promulgated by the Court of Criminal Appeals.
