Jan 29, 2007 · Tha Carter II is Wayne's first album since Mannie Fresh left, and it kinda shows. On some of these songs, you really miss Mannie's fresh beats, but some of the production is good. Cool and Dre's song is alright, but Tmix and Batman do the best job of replacing Mannie. New production aside, Lil Wayne still has it.
