At a bridge, the car proceeds to crush one cyclist against the wall and ram the other from behind, catapulting him off the bridge. A hitchhiker, hoping to get a ride, encounters the car and insults it after it purposely tries to run him down. In response, the car runs over him several times and leaves.

A district attorney is given a brand-new car (a modified Chrysler 300 SRT8) to drive around in, but the district attorney is later killed by criminals in a dilapidated cyberpunk city. The attorney is murdered and tossed onto his brand-new car. The district attorney and the car then merge as one single being, and the car looks to get sworn revenge on the criminals who killed him. The car rams into a glass wall to end one of the killers lives, and then vanished. Later, the car then meets a woman being chased by a blood-hungry psychopath (one of the attorney's killers), and then chases the criminal onto a old bridge. The car knocks the killer's car off of the bridge, then drives down to kill them. The car then vanishes again. The woman being chased earlier is now being chased by a flamethrower woman named Ash (played by Nina Bergman), and then the woman returns the favor by making her catch on fire. The car then drives up, kills Ash, and then reveals there is no one driving. The craziest thing about ROAD TO REVENGE – not including that somebody completely out of the blue decided that the world was looking for a part two to a fairly obscure killer car movie from 42 years ago* – is the approach they chose.
In a dilapidated cyberpunk city plagued by crime and corruption, an unscrupulous District Attorney is savagely murdered and tossed out of a building onto his brand new car. Mysteriously, the District Attorney and his car come back to life as a single being with a thirst for vengeance.

A mysterious matte black car (similar in appearance to a Lincoln Continental Mark III) down the road targets two bicyclists cycling on a canyon: at the bridge, the car proceeds to knock one cyclist off the road, and ram the other from behind, catapulting him off the bridge. A hitchhiker, hoping to get a ride, encounters the car and insults it after it purposefully tries to run him down. In response, the car runs over him several times and leaves. The local sheriff's office, called to the first of a series of hit and run deaths, get a lead on the car that appears heavily customized and has no license plate, as pointed out by Amos Clemens (played by the late R. G. Armstrong) after he sees it run over the hitchhiker.
