6/10. Pretty good old horror film. planktonrules 9 October 2007. Boris Karloff plays a crazy old guy who worships the Egyptian god, Anubis. On his death bed, he swears that if anyone should steal a sacred jewel from his Anubis statue he will return from the dead to exact revenge.

8/10. full of provocative thoughts and human insights but a lot is expected of the viewer and it is easy to get left behind. christopher-underwood 28 February 2019. Seems to me the most frequent complaint about this film is that it is 'slow and boring' and the most positive that it is like Mulholland Drive.
