Collection of characters at level 95 using Ivory tower. Lot of different options in there. It's cheap, but I think that's partially because it really only shines when paired with very expensive gear imo. I've been wondering too. I'm thinking some kind of build with Crown of the Inward Eye.
Nov 26, 2023 · Nothing other than Ivory Tower - this is the core scaling item for this build. The Chaos Damage taken from Mana before Life mod is effectively ignored. With Coruscating Elixir, ES is before both Mana and Life for any damage. Ivory's Tower 2% ES regen does not require Zealot's Oath to work. It is already ES regen.
Theory. Bloodthirst support converts 2% of your max life to flat phys dmg. The Ivory Tower convert 30% (30 ES per 100 HP) of your reserved life into ES (before increases from tree and gear). Energy Blade than reduces that ES by 80% and gives a weapon with dmg based on your ES. So if you reserve 50% of your life: 50% * 30% * 20% * 5~100% = 0.15 ...
