A truly WONDERFUL book! But trying to film and give justice to "The River Why" was an almost impossible task from the beginning. I found much of the humour in the book was lost as were some of the salutary lessons such as trying to live out a dream 24 hours a day and the dangers of becoming captivated by an all consuming passion.
