The Secret of Santa Vittoria is a 1969 American war film distributed by United Artists. It was produced and directed by Stanley Kramer and co-produced by George Glass from a screenplay by Ben Maddow and William Rose. It was based on the best-selling 1966 novel by Robert Crichton.

10/10. The best picture of 1969. HotToastyRag 26 May 2018. When you start out watching The Secret of Santa Vittoria, you'll see a quaint Italian village, local residents (although not filmed in the actual city, it was filmed nearby), and a classic larger-than-life Anthony Quinn performance.
